How to Delete Your Mwili AI Account

You can delete your Mwili AI account at any time, directly from the app. The steps below walk you through it.

Steps to delete your account

1. Open the Mwili AI app on your phone.
2. Go to Account Settings.
3. Tap “Delete Account”.
4. Confirm the request.

What happens after verification

After verification, your account enters a 30-day recoverable grace period. During this time you can still sign back in to restore your account. Once the grace period ends, all your personal data — including your profile, food logs, and account details — is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
