Welcome to Mwili AI. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent, to subscribe.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Mwili AI is a paid subscription service. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in Kenya Shillings (KES) through Paystack. Your subscription is activated only after a confirmed payment. Access continues until the end of your paid period. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the existing expiry date.

3. Estimates, not medical advice

Calorie, macro, and nutrition values shown in the app are AI-generated estimates based on your photos and profile. They are general guidance only and are not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to bypass access controls or payment, reverse engineer the service, or upload content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

5. Account deletion

You can request account deletion from the app. After verification, your personal data enters a 30-day recoverable grace period, after which it is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Changes to the service

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may revise these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
